I ate two slices of pizza and within 3 hours of it I began to feel hot and my stomach began to cramp up. I went to the bathroom and threw up. I laid on the ground feeling like I was dying. After 30 minutes of feeling like death, I told my friend I needed to go to the emergency room because I thought I had an abdominal obstruction. The entire day was ruined. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
