Food Safety Report: Pizza Hut.

Supreme and pineapple pizza for dinner 7/6/13. Stomach cramps 1-2 hrs after eating. Went to bathroom and felt better. Poop was mushy.

Ate supreme pizza for lunch today 7/7/13. Same symptoms again!!!!

Of all the times I've eaten at this Pizza Hut location, this is the first time I got mushy poop and stomach cramps from it!!!

Oh yeah. Everyone in my family ate the same thing I did. I'm the only one suffering :(
