Got pizza and chicken bites last night @9:45, ate it and 6 hours later I began to feel sick. I have been throwing up with slight headache ,diarrhea, fever and chills, stomachpain. This has been going in since about 4am. Somthing was wrong with my order I am certain, it is the only thing I ate since 11:00 am yesterday and made me extremely ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
