Food Safety Report: Pizza Hut.

I ordered a pizza with regular marinara sauce. When it came it had some other sauce on it (white sauce). I ate it anyway because there was nothing to eat in my house and I was starving (which is why I ordered in the first place). I started to feel sick right after I ate it (I haven't gotten sick in almost 2 years). I gave my mom a slice and she told me she started feeling nauseous after she ate one. I now have a 101 fever and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
