Stomach upset and mild nausea within 10-15 minutes followed by sudden, severe diarrhea at about 20 minutes post ingestion. Sharp headache and upset stomach remained throughout the night and are still present now, about 11 hours post ingestion. Diarrhea tapered off over night but I also haven't had anything else to eat since the last night and my digestive system doesn't seem anywhere close to being stable enough for solid foods at this point._x000D_
