Food Safety Report: Pizza Hut.

My 2 year old and I ate pizza and breads sticks on April 6th 2015. Within 5 hours I was sick in the bathroom and my poor little one is now going on 3 days of vomiting and diarrhea. Never again will we get pizza hut. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
