I ordered a pizza for delivery on 23/4/16 at around 10:30pm. I ate the pizza around 11pm when it arrived and it was a cheesy bites pizza with mixed peppers, onions, mushrooms and chicken. I only ate half of the pizza as I felt a bit full and a bit sluggish. Then at about 4 am I started having sever stomach cramps, pretty violent V omitting and diaroeah, accompanied with a fever, sweating and harsh stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
