Pizza Hut
Ate the shifty pizza around 3pm Friday. I should've known better buying pizza from a "ghetto" area. Must be some dirty people working there. Threw up from 4am to 1 pm Saturday. About 4 tines. Whole time had the worst stomach pain imaginable. It's Sunday and I'm slowly recovering. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
