Me and my gf got Pizza Hut yesterday I did not eat any because I went to subway instead she are the entire pizza throughout the day and now 24 hours later she is deatly sick and have extremely back stomach pains I want answers now!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
