Ordered a pizza last night online about 10:30 p.m. . Picked it up two blocks down the road. Woke up this morning feeling like I had a hangover and I don't drink. Threw up one time and went to the store to get meds and started cramping so bad I started back home and did not make it. Very embarrassing what all happened at next and still cleaning up after myself. Still nauseated but not vomiting or having diarrhea anymore as there's nothing left in me. Feel awful and working out of town alone. Don't know if I've ever been this sick before! I know I've never had to walk out of a store before with crap running down my legs! Maybe I ordered it too late and the contents have been sitting out too long I don't know but beware! I may never eat a pizza again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
