Food Safety Report: Pizza Hut.

I and my wife had a veg overload pizza from pizza hut, in inorbit mall, Hyderabad, India. After 6 hours I had bad stomach ache followed by diarrhoea, and vomiting.
After 10 hours my wife had same symptoms but severe stomach ache..

Why is this happened? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
