My husband and I ordered supreme pizza, we ate about 6:30 or so by 8:00, we were both complaining of horrible stomach ache, and within a few minutes of the stomach pain, we were both running for the bathroom. We spent from Friday evening until Sunday morning with horrible diarrhea and uncontrollable extreme vomiting. We have never been that sick 🤢🤮. When I reported it to the local pizza hut she said maybe it was the flu. Simultaneous flu, after eating bad pizza, I don't think so!! I will never eat there again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
