My husband and I both ate the pizza and were up later late night with horrible diarrhea. My husband thought it might just be the flu so he had more pizza the next day but I didn't want to risk it. Once again he became very ill. I did not get sick which tells us it was the pizza. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
