Food Safety Report: Pizza Hut.

My friend was having a get together today. She got a large pizza from Pizza Hut. I was the first one to be there and when I was there she was vomiting in the toilet. She ate one slice about a hour ago. Sadly we told everyone not to come. She's so miserable right now. Do NOT order pizza from this place. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
