I ate just a slice of Margherita pizza (veg) and I got diarrhoea with severe stomach pains and nausea , so much that I passed out and collapsed getting out of the washroom. It's day 2 , I still can't even sleep without the pain and I have consulted a doctor regarding this, so let's see. Any advice is appreciated and yes I am not gonna ever order from there | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
