I ate 2 pizza lunchables from the convenient store around 4 pm for a quick snack on the go. Everything was fine, I fell asleep around 1030 pm. I woke up out of my sleep because of pain in my abdomen/side. Got up and had to crap and throw up at the same time. This happened 3 times so far today, and I still feel weird | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
