I hadn’t eaten anything all day, I got two slices and some ranch and ate it around 3 pm. I began to feel nauseous within a couple hours, and it became progressively worse until I was absolutely delirious, feint, and fighting the urge to vomit. Important to note, my friend called to tell me he had recently been poisoned by pizza my heart and felt confident it was the ranch. He also had all of my symptoms and was bed ridden for two days. I remember having a brief moment of feeling something was off when eating the ranch, but it was not very noticeable and I was too hungry to care. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
