Salad bar, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, blue cheese dressing, Ate salad bar only on April 16th. 2pm. Developed nausea, chills, terrible body aches at approximately 9pm same day. Been sick ever since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills, Body Ache
