My wife and I ate half of a large Supreme Pizza on the 7th of December at 6 pm or so. By 8 my wife was throwing up hard and had violent diarrhea, that went on till about 10. I fell asleep then after taking care of her and woke at 11 and did the same as her until 6 am. This was the only thing we ate together within 24 hours of the pizza as we had breakfast and lunch and dinner separately before that event. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
