Repeated Illness from Pizza - Pizzaboyz Umhlanga, Durban KwaZulu-Natal

This is the second time iv felt sick from the same restaurant, this time i had stomach cramps which lead to pins and needles in my arms and legs and a serious faint feeling to the point of Going to hospital which was serious luckily i had meds however had body pains for 2 days, my partner was also nauseated and had a terrible stomach all of which was after eating tbeir pizza i would insist a check on their food safety and quality. Very bad | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
