I had a chicken sandwich at the restaurant. I ate it at 7:30pm and began having extreme stomach pains at 10:30pm followed by severe diarrhea and vomiting. I feel I could have food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
