Ate 2 bites of mild chicken then I felt excruciating pain tear through my stomach afterwards I felt nauseous then I started having severe diarrhea then nonstop vomiting. Had to call 911 Was hospitalized for 4 days. Nonstop diarrhea lasted over a week. Severe vomiting lasted 3+ days.
