I ate the mashed potatoes with gravy and within 30 minutes I felt nauseous. Within 8 hours I had stomach cramping and severe diarrhea. Over the next several days I was throwing up, with more nonstop diarrhea and vomited twice. Nine days later and the symptoms are just starting to subside and 7 pounds less.
