Was traveling thru ordered at the window. Served a box of nuggets cooked then a handful of raw nuggets thrown in it. I was driving eating them out the box in the bag. Then after a few reached into the bag and felt something wet pulled it out and it was raw chicken nuggets. I was not going back I was just passing thru. I got sick from it, vomiting and diarrhea. I will never stop there again. It had to be intentional. I don’t know how that can accidentally happen. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

I did not keep the receipt. I threw everything away. I did not take any pictures. I was just so sick and upset because I felt it was intentional then I found out about this website from a friend so I decided to report it.
