3 year old toddler was eating the nuggets purchased at 5 pm on June 12, when I reached to split 1 in half I noticed the texture was mushy and it was cold and pink. Stopped him from eating the rest however he already had eaten 4 nuggets. Since 6 pm he has been vommiting every 30 minutes. Can’t even hold water in. | Symptoms: Vomiting
