Chicken sandwich, Last week my father-in-law got the same thing when we got there. What does sandwiches at 11 AM had lunch wasn’t till 530 6 o’clock in the evening that I started developing problems last week we got for sandwiches my father-in-law got sick the same way I am sick today diarrhea vomiting, came on all of a sudden I eat lunch at 11 by dinner time doubled over in pain, coming out both ends, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
