Everytime I order the spicy chicken sandwich meal from here this one especially I get vaginal spotting and seriously alarming cramps and pains in my abdomen.(I’m on a hormonal IUD I never get my period). It usually comes the day after I eat it with a bit of nausea too. This has happened every-time I’ve ordered it off of ubereats and DoorDash. From this location.
