Ordered a classic chicken sandwich I only ate half of the sandwich before I started feeling severely nauseous later on about an hour I started throwing up constantly and having liquid diarrhea do not eat here I am laying in bed right now typing this with my voice because I can’t even type with my hands I am so sick I believe I have to go to the Emergency room right now becaus I am severely feeling ill | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
