I had the spicy chicken sandwich for the first time yesterday afternoon. Throughout the day I had a huge headache, stomach ache and felt dehydrated as well. I couldn’t even run the rest of my errands, I had to go home and rest it off. When i woke up around 11pm. I puke consistently three times in a row. It was definitely the spicy chicken sandwich because that's what I had as a meal the whole day besides the peach and coconut water I had for brekfast.. never getting there again.. I am traumatized. And my body is sore right now for some reason. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Soreness
