Fri 31 ate fettuccine alfredo from Portillo's around 7 p.m. about two hours later I got a headache and began to feel nauseous and cramping. I had several diarrhea attacks with stomach pains and cramping nausea. Felt really unwell went to sleep around 2:30 a.m. woke up about an hour later shaking with severe stomach pain. I had diarrhea again stomach pain and cramping. Nauseous, chills, shaking stomach pain continuing. 6 a.m. still up with stomach pain, nausea, feel really sick. Nauseous, shaking stomach pain continuing...6am Sat still up, stomach pain nausea, dull headache. Trying not to throw up, more diarrhea. Abdomen making gurgling noises. Not able to drink liquids yet may have to go to the hospital for hydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain, Shaking
