The inspector saw 35-40 dead roaches on and under a food-prep table and under a nearby freezer, plus one live roach on the wall behind the prep table and another in a restroom. In another violation, the operator said he was using Raid — which is not approved in commercial facilities — because the chemicals that a pest-control company was using were not effective.
