I got violently ill from the chicken that was in the DC Salad. I was so ill that i couldn’t drive myself to the ER. I had such severe diarrhea for several hours, then it was just blood that I was passing. I was scared to death- and felt as though I was going to die. A horrific experience to say the very least. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
