Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: Not positive but occurred after eating salad bar
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: Sick a few hours after eating 1/4 of salad from the salad bar. Noticed bad taste and stopped eating. No dressing | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
