I had the IOU yogurt on June 12 2019 for lunch. At 1:30 . Only thing I had to eat since 9:30 am . At 4:00 I started to feel like I was on fire and started sweating I was at work when this happened. Within 40 minutes after I started to feel this way I had diarrhea and vomiting up yogurt 3- times in 5 minutes. I had to call my daughter to take me home. She had to pull over 2- times in 30 minutes ride home Got home vomit 4- more times and diarrhea I was shaking and had a pounding headache at that point Felt sick all night. Could barely drink water without wanting to vomit I checked to make sure the IOU yogurt wasn’t ex spired it was best by July 2019 I eat IOU yogurt all the time I got food poisoning from IOU yogurt I’m still feeling sick and in bed the next day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Shaking, Sweating
