One of the dishes on the Signatures set menu Ate a multi-course tasting menu. Went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night feeling extreme nausea. Maybe 6 hours after food consumption. Proceeded to vomit and diarrhea simultaneously throughout the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
