Grapes, The first time I ate them with lunch, ended up in the bathroom about an hour later, nauseous and diarrhea couldn’t leave bathroom . Today I ate the remaining grapes, not connecting the two events, and I’m am feeling very ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
