Friday last week I started getting very bad cramps and diarrhea, Saturday little improvement Sunday it got worse again Monday it was bad. I ordered groceries on Tuesday (too sick to leave home) and tried a different water and I started to feel better. Wednesday felt much better all day., (still drinking the other brand) I came in from yardwork and had a half a glass of the Zephyrhills, the diarrhea, & Nausea , started all over.
