Food Poisoning/Contamination - Publix Deli I do not want a refund. I want it corrected so I can continue to eat there. I love that place. On 01/29/26 a little after 6:30pm (exact time is on my receipt), I picked up a 20 piece hot and spicy chicken. The spice level was low, but that's not my complaint. I got food poisoning and really sick the next day from just 5 pieces but I was convinced it couldn't be Publix. So I ate 5 more pieces that afternoon. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea - I thought I had a strong stomach but this was extreme. It's now Saturday 01/31 and I'm still suffering..
