Chicken Meal Mystery Illness - Publix, Riviera Beach Florida

I bought and ate a chicken and brussel sprout meal and strawberries with a container of chocolate dipping sauce, all from the same place-same day. It was the only thing I had to eat within 48 hours. Within 6 hours after eating I spent the next 30 hours throwing up, chills, sweating, and losing consciousness. It could have been anything. Bad chicken, bad strawberries, or the (now suspected opened before I purchased) container of chocolate sauce. They had a major issue with items being opened in store, or items being left to spoil and put back to refreeze.
