Ribeye Meal Illness Lingers - Publix, Parrish Florida

I am not sure.  Ate a ribeye cooked on the grill. and  bag salad and a green onions and tomatoes added to salad.  Stared a few ours later. Has. been 2 weeks and still have same symptoms. They keep getting slightly better and then worse Only I ate this.  Only I got sick. Symptoms started an hour or so after eating. Started Jan 11 at night. Still have issues.  Will not go away.  Every time I eat it all comes back.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Bloating, Gas
