Wednesday 8/28/24 I purchased a variety of premade boarshead chicken salads. 8/29/24 I prepared one of the salads to eat, notice the chicken looked a little weird but thought nothing of it. It was the only meal I had and ever since eating that salad I have been extremely sick, vomiting for a couple of days, cramps, sore stomach muscle, fatigue, etc. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Fatigue
