Stouffers Chicken Enchiladas (Family Size), About two hours after eating a decently sized portion, my stomach started to rumble and then pain started to sink it with a sour feeling, etc. Within another hour, I was having explosive diarrhea. Then, the mouth started to water which for me, is indeed a 100% sign that vomiting is about to happen. This lasted for 12 hours!
