Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: Chicken
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: Food wasn't good, Ate chicken fingers fries and fried pickles. 6 hours later projectile vomiting and diarrhea. Had to receive IVs and fluids due to the severity of the illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
