June 2022 A visit to Sayulita, MX. I was very careful with food/water but I swam in my hotel's pool. I managed to pass this on, likely norovirus, to about 10 other people over the next 8 days. We all stayed in Puerto Vallarta after Sayulita and all swam in the same pool in our vacation rental before I realized I was sick/contagious. I'm only reporting this now because I'd like to travel to the region again but want to avoid illness! | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
