My partner ate takeout from Pupuseria La Familiar in Falls Church, VA yesterday. He ate it around 8:30pm yesterday and began vomiting and going to the bathroom repeatedly about 3 hours later. He is not able to eat solid foods. Has a fever, elevated heart rate and chills. The last time he vomited was around 3pm today and he can't eat anything.
