Eating purple grapes we received at a WIC office. Our baby boy (35months) ended up getting sick from purple grapes at a WIC office. I'd say a hour went by after he ate about a dozen or so. He started to whine, cough-gag then started throwing them up. Took him a shower and thought everything was OK. He took a nap, and when he woke up his body felt extremely warm and not acting himself. He's cooled down some since then, gave him some medicine, rubbed his back and is now back to sleep. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cough, Fever
