While snacking on some grapes I just about finished two handfuls and noticed something white at the top of the grape near stem. I looked at the rest and noticed more grapes had it so I immediately stopped eating them. Next day I am feeling extremely ill throwing up and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
