On 7-8-2016 at 6:45pm my friend and I went to a Qdoba located at 3551 32nd Ave S, Grand Forks, ND 58201. We both were extremely ill the following morning. My friend fared better than I did. He said he felt very weak and his stomach felt weird for the first half of the day. I fared much worse, and suffered from vomiting and diarrhea all day. I could not leave the house at all because I was too weak and nauseous. I am doing much better today, but have no appetite and still feel fatigued-with an occasional fever. I decided to report this because my friend and I both got sick at the same time, and the only thing we ate together was the Qdoba. I have not been this sick in a few years. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Loss of Appetite
