After eating a bowl with Rice, black beans, sweet and hot chicken, guac, lettuce, cilantro, green salsa, corn, and pico de gallo yesterday the 13th afternoon I became very sick with vomiting diarrhea chills nausea and a bad headache. I wasn't able to drink water without vomiting until I vomited up the green salsa. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache
