Friday April 5th 2024. I went to eat lunch and later that day started to feel sick to my stomach. I have had diarrhea since. Watery stool. Can’t keep anything inside of me. It has almost been a week and I’m still struggling. I cannot eat without having to go to the bathroom almost immediately afterwards. No fever, no vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Vomiting
